What a Mess

This is where it was when I picked it back up again.
What a mess.  And no clue why this one over any other from the pile of stuff.
And I didn't finish the other one - but maybe next time.

This is where it is as of now.  The border frame I changed to add the red.  The goal was, finish that frame.  And maybe the girl.  And fill in the leaves.  I thought the floor was done, nope, the white blocks are only half filled in.  This is gonna take longer.  Stitched with dmc floss and on laurel green lugana 28 count, one over one.  I am gonna hang in there for a while longer to see if I can get to the end.
